We are located at Whitney Peak Hotel

255 N. Virginia St. in downtown Reno (at the Reno Arch)

on the first floor.

For free parking, you need to go to Whitney Peak's parking structure across the street.  The parking garage is on N. Virginia Street and you can enter it from E. Plaza Street. Just tell the attendant your here for the Segway tours.

       Note: In the next several months, Whitney Peak will be doing some major remodeling and you must enter the building along the north side on West Commercial Row. Under the large marquee "Base Camp Climbing" use the door to the right next to the bike rack.

Burning Man Rentals

We have a few Segways left to rent out to Burning Man. Why go to another state to rent one when you can pick one up here in Reno? We have the i2 segways (street version) to play with on the playa. Burning man happens only once a year, why not have the most fun out there.

Cost... $920

Rental Period.... August 24, 2013 ---Sept 3, 2013

Deposit... $3,500, full refundable after the Segway is returned undamaged.

One credit card per Segway rental

We will clean up and restore the Segway when returned.

Because we know you have a limited time available while your in town, call us and we will

do our best to work within your schedule.

       Using Segway Personal Transporters, we offer tours that explore the Downtown area, the Riverwalk District, California Avenue, and Idlewild Park.  Your tour guide will share interesting information about Reno’s colorful history, pop culture, current events, architecture, favorite eateries, and popular hang-outs.  But what makes the tour unique is your mode of transportation.  The Segways are incredibly easy to operate and a blast to ride!  The tours will begin with a thirty-minute training session and then hit the road for about two hours to see the sites.  You will see and appreciate Reno from an entirely different perspective.

Tour Schedule:                                                                 Daily 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, or by special arrangement.  Tours last approximately 2 1/2 hours.

Cost of Tour:                                                                       $65 per person. Security Deposit of $100 per unit on cash transactions only.

Requirements:                                                           Participants must be at least 18 years of age (we will allow 14 to 17 year-olds with a parent  present). Participants must weigh at least 100 pounds and be no more than 260 pounds. 

What's Included:                                                               We provide helmets, rain ponchos (if needed), and a beverage for the trip.   At the end of the tour, you will receive a photo disk of your trip.
